Digital Products & Services
- All sales of digital products and online services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Physical Products
- Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Event Registrations
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Appointments or Consultations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
Processing Times

- Credit will be issued to the original payment method.
